Weekly Bilingual Meeting on Tuesday 05/30/2017

The EASTER Season continues yet another week at FAT Sheep Family

Paul of Tarsus, the brilliant, young and devoted Jewish leader who violently opposed Jesus’ followers in the early days of the Jesus’ Movement (the Christian Church), eventually joined the Movement himself and became one of its chief leaders. In one of his thirteen letters that are found in the New Testament of the Bible, he makes the statement that without the reality of the physical resurrection of Jesus, claimed by numerous eyewitnesses as a central truth, Christians should be considered the most foolish of all people.

For nearly two months we have been looking at Jesus’ final week of public ministry and beyond, including his suffering, death and resurrection appearances. What did Jesus do during that final week in Jerusalem and in the month that followed his brutal sacrificial death and unexpected unique resurrection? What evidence is there that he really lived again? And what did his followers do after he finally did depart physically from them? There is no human event that is more crucial for understanding the purpose of human life, if true, and those who have dedicated their lives to this reality have had the greatest transforming impact on many aspects of our world during the past 2,000 years. We invite you to join us as we explore what took place in the Roman Province of Judea around the year 30 of the First Century.
